As pre-planned last week that i'm going to try a long run from my house to Sembawang and i finally carried out the plan today.
Followed
Steven's recommendation to take the route from my house down to MacRitchie. Instead of the one from the MRT line - Commonwealth to Sembawang.
Before i go into details of the run today, just to let everyone that my course starting on-job-training from this week. Everyday release us at a CNMI timing. What to do.
We are NSF - 2 years to army (24.7 standby)
So sweet of

Warren for helping me to bring back my laptop and my personal stuffs - boots, uniform home yesterday.
Reached home yesterday at 7:30pm and started preparing for the necessary items; took a quick shower and next jumped on my bed.

Woke up at 1:40am and get ready for the run. Started running at
2:12am. Cool... This is the first time that i ran so early in the morning with a 3L kg weight on my back - water bag!
Here is the route that i tookMy House -> Queensway Shopping Centre -> Queensway Secondary School -> Farrer Road -> Long stretch of Adam Road -> MacRitchie -> Westlake Graden -> Longhouse -> SUPER long stretch of Thomson Road -> Mandai Road -> Sembawang Road -> Sembawang Airbase -> Nee Soon Camp -> Chong Pang Camp -> Yishun -> Sembbawang MRT station.
It seem pretty route based on the looking at the routes that i took. However it is only 22km!

What a lousy time man! How am i going to do my Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon. It is just round the corner.

Throughout the run, i kinda of enjoy - the distance and the challenges as i did not recce the route at all and go without enough sleep and training.
Firstly got a fall at the MacRitchie area - it so dark and hazy, didn't see the small uneven path, there goes my right knee. Though is a small minor but it appear on the wrong part of my leg - knee; already got knee cap problem yet.
Injury - minor but occur at knee there...
Secondly, at point of time i feel so demoralizing especially the long stretch of thomson road after MacRitchie. It seems endless! Run and Run but still struck there.
But then again when i saw the sign board - Mandai, my motivation is back again but then at the point of time muscle cramp - lack of salt.

Reached Sembawang MRT at 5:48am and waited for
Warren to meet me so that i can use to my uniform and report to camp. So tired and hungry but then no cash! Finally 6:43am he reached, headed to Sun Plaza change and took a cab to camp...
Once classroom door open, i go in sleep sleep till my Bro,
