What happened these few days...

Friday woke up at 1:40am and leave my house at 2:30am - headed for a long run to camp...

This time round, i went for a new route from the start and connect from from farrer road till camp..

The total distance covered for the run is 26km ...

Route I took...
House -> Redhill -> Tiong Bahur -> Border -> Tanglin -> British Council -> Farrer Road -> Adam Road -> MacRitchie -> Thomson Road -> Mandai Road -> Nee Soon Camp -> Guard Camp -> Chong Pang Camp -> Sembawang Road -> Big Loop to Sembawang Road ->Camp ~ STC (Supply Transport Centre)

On top of the training it was additional abt 3.5kg on my back - 3kg for waterbag and 500g on bro's shoe.

I am so happy that Bro FINALLY gotten the proper shoe catered to his type of arch and feet!

I am so disappointed these few days - after long run still having my injury ~ Left knee... Sigh..

After which headed to Suntec to collect my race pack for the SCM. Spent 30mins as my time chip was not been activiated in their system due to some error. Waited till it settled and headed for a wonderful dinner and movie ...

Saturday - other than running, went ECP for my camp cohesion night ... Had a lot of fun there...

BAD Thing do happen..
While blading, i was been BANG by a malay guy riding bicycle. I was avoiding him yet he still bang onto me cos my both knee Can not make it and my right hand...

Before we departed from ECP, I had a enoyable game with Gideon (Volleyball)

It was so interesting.. Playing volleyball in the dark!

Gideon promised me to go blading with me after my SCM! I will drill him to be a professional! Hehe...
