1st Jan 2008 -- Memorable Day
In just a few hours time, I would be meeting my HQ platoon co-worker -
Zi Jian &
Gordon for a run back to camp. Got a message from
Dian Yang, he need to go fix his i-pod so today he is unable to join us.

I would be running from my house to meet them at commonwealth mrt bus stop. And from there to Keat Hong Camp.

9.1miles (from mapmyrun). I would be using my polar
rs200sd foot pod later to find out more about the distance - think is more accurate. Reason being: my foot pod is calibriate based on my foot strike.
Headed down Running Lab earlier to get
Zi Jian and
Gordon - Sports gel and recovery drink - need to care for them cos they would be running more often with me :)
