Enraged!
Headed back to camp on Sunday night as Monday was a fresh new day to the men from Cougar Company. The start of
TRADE COURSE and also from REC to PTE. A lot of new implementations – a total of 5 platoon (3 AI platoons, 1 Tankee platoon and 1 HQ platoon). The HQ Platoon under my charge and that’s means I have to do
DS duty.
Now having to wake up at
0515 to conduct 5BX in VEST SLACK (Singlet + Trouser + Boot) and also with that bringing the whole company (PTEs) to go for 1.5km run and soon it would be extended to 2km and more.
Been observing them for a few days – their moral
SUPER LOW. Spoken to some of them and knowing that their perspective of PTE and REC. We raised the issue up to CSM yet all got F#$K by him – ending up the PTE booking on yesterday at 1900hours and we at 2200hours. He pin-point all the mistakes that the PTE made like book in and out book, area cleaning – He mentioned that since we want side our PTE then we will suffer.
In actual fact, we only just raise out the concern that PTE have and we kenna….
Pray hard that I can go HQ soon!
