Sleep at 10:00pm on saturday (3rd December) and then wake up the following day @ 3:30am then take a quick shower and headed down to Padang...Took a cab and reach there @ 4:05am...
Doing 4 sets of stretching (each stretching for 20 seconds)... Next headed to the starting point and get ready...

I was pacing myself; when i run fast then i will keep telling myself: "Dino, pace yourself well" (althought i didn't really pace myself that well)...
Manaaged to run till 22km mark and then i started running, walking, running, walking and running all the way till the last 100m wherby i sprint...
After the full-marathon turning point, i run with small step and low lifting of leg. At point of time, stop and do strecthing... I am not the only one - dont worry..
At 38km mark, i have the urge to go first aid and tell them that i can not make it but i force myself and AGAIN at 41km i saw frist aid again then i want to GIVE UP but i keep myself, pointless already suffer till so long why don't hand on and chong to the ending point...
It is a VERY tiring race that i ever took part...
Despite of 2 months not training whereby training program given (due to heavy school work) i managed to complete the FULL MARATHON within 6 hours.
Yes, I MANAGED TO FINISH the FULL-MARATHON... Good Job DiNo!

After the race, i headed to Suntec expo to take a look at my SAs are they are there for duty.. Good Job SAs! Stay there for about 45 minutes then headed to running lab -Funan IT Mall to talk to the boss (30 mintues) then back home and rest till now...
Now, my calf and hamstring are ACHING like HELL; can't hardly walk...
Need time to recover for calf and hamstring pain...
