It really days or rather weeks that I have not been blogging... I don't know why also...

All along these weeks and days I have been enjoying and suffering... Doing of FYP, Recording for FYP, Shoppings...

I spend alot of of money this few shopping centre till I am damn broke now... Any kind soul would wish to donate some extra $$$ for me... Hehe...

Gotten alot of new items.... Such as new spec, mp3 player, water bottle, mobilephone, running stuffs...

Well... I enjoyed myself super much yesterday.... I got the email from the boss of running.lab shop @ Funan IT mall as they have weekly thursday run which start at 6:30pm....

I went down yesterday to try it out and i drag Kelvin Lam alone..... Because in case can not click with them then still got Kelvin to click with... The feeling of going one alone .... You should know...

Woo... Got to meet up with a lot runners with different level and we did a 7.5km run... Yes, I did not disappoint my coach and RP. I am the first one to finish it... Followed by Kelvin and the rest...

After which all went for makan at the food court @ Funan IT mall then ahead home and rest...

Yes, i would be going down on every thursday to join them for the run regardless of what... I learnt alot from the runners - pacing, managing injury and be at peak performance....

I FINALLY find a group of PASSIONATE RUNNERS whom I CAN RUN and TRAIN WITH!!!
