Yesterday I went for SA meeting afternoon after i came back from polyclinic... The SA meeting is to review the performance of SAs...

Had a pretty fruitfull discussion and review...

After the meeting, help Jonathan to settle his blog and then do do do then still got error but i now finally settle for him... He forget to use to code -
that why it look out of alighment...

After which we went to redhill market and makan then headed home...

Sleep at 12:30am and wake up today at 10:00am... Initially want to have more rest but i can as i got a lot of thing to settle... MY FYP weekliy student log, tasks, SAs, Jonathan's Blog...

Contagiousness
All forms of tonsillitis, whether caused by bacteria or viruses, are contagious illnesses. Tonsillitis usually spreads from person to person by contact with the throat or nasal fluids of someone who is already infected. Do not share utensils.

Avoid food such as:
- Acidic drinks like cold beverages
- Tin packed foods with preservatives
- Spicy and chilly foods
- Smoking
- Alcoholic drinks

After recovery stage...

Voice may sound "funny" for 7-10 days following surgery; this is due to the new spaces in the back of the throat which result when the tonsils are removed. As the muscles relax and as these spaces fill in, your voice should return to normal.
