Yesterday went watch movie - The maid at GV Grand after the sitting in for the publicity meeting... Brought in a lot of junk food, sushi inside the cinema and eat...

Managed to scare my friend a lot of time till he beat me like hell... Now thinking of that it make me laugh...

Today... Meet Jonathan as per normal but then he was late till can not make it... He missed his UT despite the morning call i give him... Jon, take it easy... Strive hard.. Lesson went as per normal - business statistics... My facilitator - Jason mentioned to the class that 4 people in my class would do well in overrall (either A or B+) and i'm one of them... I'm so surprise... It take into consideration of UT2 and 3 not yet include UT4.. Now i am motivated to even go all out for it.

After school went for the meeting that ken host and after that i went to sports area to look at the inter sports and then i saw Ben Seow. He got me what I want.

After that Me, Jonathan and Rendall walk from RP to TBP and go there to eat dinner, shopping and then headed to mac to use thier wireless as the both of them need to do RJ...

Complication of Jonathan Sim

Went for my night run with wei xiong..... Waited for him for 2 hours and then run to bukit merah interchange to meet him at 12:00mid-night and then we go running... We ran about 4km and I ran 5.5km ... Using the sports watch to measure my heartbeat...

Constantly thorughout the run - 145 and last 400m dash it comes 187 and after which is drop to 111... I dont know how to see whether is good a not..

Can one know how to see and come and explain to me...

Now back at home eating cup noodle ...

RUNNING ROX!!!!!!!

Tomorrow would be my New Balance Real Run and i am not prepare at all... Sigh...
