SuRpRiSe DaY

Yestersday came back to school for UT and after which stayed in container - preparing for the later STB event...

After done with preparation, helped Janelle in her assignment . . .

Went to the GYM to do some measurement and test . . . .

Pictures taken at GYM . . .

My BMI = Healthy . . . Woo...

Then my total fats in body is 14.4 - belonging to the unhealthy FATS . . . Then lor Janelle one . . . 12.4 abit more then over the healthy FATS liao.. See la don't execrise regularly . . . kidding...

Did the track mile running for speed 12 then run for 2.32 min then somemore while running must talk to her and inform her if i had no more stregth. . .

The worst thing is that to do the leg push . . . Weight 12 - Do it 10 times . . . Then again weight 15 - must do 10 times then i can only do 1.5 times then no more strenght already...

Now my thight muscule ACHING . . . . .

A SupEr FuLL yEt MemoRabLe DaY

Yummy Buffet Yesterday . . . Really enjoying myself . . . .Don't know why i suddenly learn how to enjoy myself already :)

After meeting my mentor together with Hao Xiang & Marilyn, both of us went to hacklock to collect Hao Xiang's shuffle and then took triple 1 to Raffle Hotel therethen walk over to funan IT Mall to have our sakae sushi buffet....

Over the bus trip itself, get to know alot the both of them....

We ate a total of 66 plates altogether .... WHile eating, we talk alot of stuffs and jokes like no matter business...

I learnt something weird weird from Hao Xiang...

I went sentosa this morning with my friends… Gathering at habour front @ 8.30am (cold storage) to buy tidbits and drinks . . .

Next went towards to terminal and took a bus to sentosa ~ Siloso Beach . . .

Me there sun tanning and played beach volleyball….

I got a bit tanned but not very tanned…

Woo... I went for the competition.... Is was indeed another meaning and experience ahead for me...

Reach the racing ground at 1.00pm and went register for RP and next when to meet my coach...

Did a warm up run and then thorough stretching from head to leg . . .

Next here i go for the competition....

CoNtiNue of My NiGhTmARe

Well......... Yestersday morning @ 11am went up to meet David together with Elina and Wei Xiong about the Open House Duty for Student Ambassadors....

There's alot of changes in the initial plan that we had spent hours doing it.... However hope that the amended one that i do yesterday night would be approved :)

Hmm...

Yestersday i went to meet my secondary school buddy - Kelly and she accompany me to Royal Sporting House to buy slipper...

Oh.. i forget to take a photo down... Will it tonight...

Next we went to Liang Court Open Field to play fribsee - outside organization.. It's so fun...

Well.. me talk about my nightmare now... think i got 3 BIG pressures.......

1st - scare of letting my coach disappointed

2nd - scare that i CAN NOT perform at my PEAK

3rd - scare that i will MAKE the team LOSE

My NiGHtmArE

Me now still resting from knee cap injury .... That means that i have not being running for the past 4 months and i ONLY started running last week . . .

My coach has put me in the coming saturday road relay competition (SAAA 54th Road Relay @ Macritchie) Running under the category of Men (U20)...

It is a 4 * 4.5km (running on uphills and downhills, rocky road, etcs) . . . I went it last year as i had experienced it already and then this year again . . . .

Is not that i don't want to run but i am still recovering from my injury and have not been running for the past 4 months already... I am just scare that i won't be able to perform at my peak . . . . and then make my team LOSE . . .

The starting at 3pm in the afternoon... Woo... HOT SUN ...

No way that i am going to run as the last runner again... think i would be running 3rd runner. . . . think see how it goes then . . . .

Really scare that i can not perform up to my expectation...

Should i just hack care everything and just go for it... Die than die lor........ Sigh.......

Yestersday after UT, i went back home and rotZZz then suddenly i recieved a phone call from the cake vendor that the cake is really for collection...

I went to Bukit Merah Central NUTC for a mini shopping.... Getting the cokes and etcs ready and i went to collect the cake....

Took a cab to school....
