Lately alot of things happened in camp and i really had a serious reflections and thoughts on all issues...

1st - 17th October 2007, there's a new CQMS posted to my unit and my S4 had decided to put him under study me and me going to HQ and Archer to become CQMS.

The rationale of her putting me into HQ and Archer because i won't be going to ATEC with my current company as i ORD in July year. Since early march this year she being trying all her means to get me up to HQ to become CQMS now her plan finally approved.

The new had spreaded so fast that almost all in the whole camp knew about it and keep asking me.

Well, I had my serious thought about it for the past few days - I would still like to be in Cougar Company and also to take up the responsibility of HQ CQMS. Whereas for the new CQMS under studying me will go to Archer to become their CQMS. I also don't mind to present help Archer in term of all their paperworks and their preparation towards their coming BMT intake which is some where in December this year.

Reason being: I already building up good bonding with most of my mens, officers, regulars and more but now having to leave them kinda of SAD! :( I don't want to be in Archer because i had experienced and observed alot of things that happened in the camp. No doubt that the 'A coy OC is nice but .... (shall not say the name out)

I will talk to my S4 next week if i get a chance to see her. I am not sure whether this work but i will try to explain to her my intentions and hope she would be able to approve.

Furthermore with regards to this issue - most of the men keep saying that i am going to HQ and Archer as CQMS appointment and they used / said unpleasant words out. Yes I know they are just joking and teasing but in FACT i REALLY MIND! I just don't know why i feel so angry when i heard that. Well, there's nothing i can really do just keep it to myself.

My OC spoken to me and i had mentioned to him my thoughts & had asked him for his opinions on whether he minds if i stay in Cougar and HQ then the new CQMS would be going over to Archer. Guess what is his reply - He is fine. He would help me to tell S4 about it.

2nd - Yesterday was my first ever COS duty and i am so so unlucky that MSD check for armskote. Looking at all others of them doing COS duty it seems so relaz and easy for them - playing PSP and more however for mine - open arms and doing rations and more...

Sigh, being COS yet doing others and handling MSD check is super tiring! (Well, i guessed i am OLD)

3rd - My unit messing ssg went for Wallaby and the whole cookhouse ration crop out. No one acknowledge the rations submitted by 40 SAR / 8 SAB / Workshop and MTO. Ended up a last min replacement messing from other unit came and he is so confused about the practice and in the end my RQ asked me to do all the compilation of rations; consolidate and pass to the stand-in mess. He would base on the consolidated rations to indent for my camp. That's means if i crop up the consolidation then all got nothing to hear.

This is something that we as a CQMS would never touch it. Well, since is for the sake of the whole battalion i will do it regardless how tough it is. I had to do with effect from this week onwards till my messing ssg comes back from Wallaby.

Guess what my RQ say - cos i am now the chief CQMS in 40 SAR therefore i need to cover...

Enough of all unhappiness; i shall now talk about something that keep motivating me.

Managed to find a group of men from Cougar to motivate me other than my HQ platoon. They are from Platoon 11 - Lim Jia, Edwyn and De Quan

As now is the start of trade course period, they are now all being different vocationlize and certain days they don't have lesson - we will go GYM and Volleyball together. I really enjoyed myself with them at those times. It makes me release from all my burden and unhappiness.

All learning how to play volleyball - so fun and interesting to teach them. We managed to clock 50 times . We would be able to clock more because the ball that i T-loan from QM platoon is hard so i would be bring my own ball the coming book in and we would continue to play when we have free time.

Realy looking forwards for that!

Another joival issue - me and Edwyn comparing who's darker and we keep (actually me only) asking almost all in Cougar who's darker - presently we are on par!
