Passed out from my BMT @ Tekong but haven’t got a proper blogging… Here it goes…
Haven’t been doing pretty much – only went back Running Lab to help out, going back to RP for SAs presentation and of course not forgetting to do the thing I like it the most…
Still remembered on Thursday went back to RP for the SA fundraising presentation – pretty much surprise by the year 1s presentations – a lot of innovative ideas but there’s still improvement to it! Went out dinner with some year 1s, the SAs MCs @ causeway point after which did play arcade …
Here are some photos taken…
Back to my Tekong camp mates
Here are some photos that were taken on the ferry together with my section mates:
My new Hair style ...
Have been trying to adapt back to civilian life not military life…. Hehe… The kind of feeling is so different…
There’re a lot of things that I wanted to do however I don’t have the time for it such as meeting and catching up with my TNR runners and some of my friends…. Don’t know whether they busy or vice versa… Just hoping that I have time for them.
Back to the officially one –
RUNNING Currently I have
3 running shoes – Asics Speedstar (Racer), Asics DS Trainer XI & Mizuno Wave Rider 9.
I have been wearing the 3 pairs for running, training and competitions. However I have not been wearing that often for the past 7 weeks because of my BMT life…
I wore Asics Speedstar and DS Trainer for competition – namely New Balance Real Run 2006 and SAFRAS Shears Bridge Run 2006… Pretty comfort with that… Well, I think I am very used to Asics running shoe so … My only race left for this year would be the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon – in December… Me still deciding on what shoe should I wear for it..
Thinking of the Mizuno Wave Rider 9 but I had discomfort when running. Did a 10km run but feel the pain on the outside of both feet @ the middle between heel and toe.
Maybe I am not used to the wave technology…
My running GAIT – neutral (not over-pronation and not under-pronation).
I was thinking to try on
Saucony since it pretty famous in the army. But then still don’t know which model would be suitable.
Anyone got any recommendation? I would be going down to PS Saucony shop tomorrow to take a look on the shoe.
Motivation: Enough of slacking in training – must start preparing for the stand chart marathon already…. DINO wait UP!!!!
